MCP Near Me Terms of Service

MCP Near Me is operated by MyK Works LLC and provides appointment discovery and booking software for participating independent appliance-repair providers.

Participating providers

MCP Near Me only displays providers registered in its internal directory. Each provider is responsible for its service area, availability, diagnostic fee, repair work, warranties, pricing, and on-site conduct.

Booking

Selecting a time does not create an appointment. A booking is created only after you review the provider, time, address, phone number, diagnostic fee, policies, and transactional messaging disclosure in the protected confirmation flow and explicitly confirm.

Fees and changes

The applicable diagnostic fee and provider policy are shown before confirmation. Rescheduling and cancellation are subject to the selected provider’s disclosed policy. MCP Near Me does not process repair payments in the current service.

Messaging

If you separately select the optional, unchecked SMS consent box, you consent to transactional appointment messages. SMS consent is not a condition of booking, and you can complete a booking without selecting the box. Message frequency varies with booking activity and appointment schedule and may include a confirmation, requested change or cancellation notice, one appointment reminder, and one-time verification codes for optional account access. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for support information. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an appointment. Marketing messages are not sent without separate consent.

Transactional SMS for MCP Near Me bookings are currently sent under the registered messaging brand Susquehanna Valley Appliance Repair, operated by Appliance Factory Service LLC. MCP Near Me is owned and operated by MyK Works LLC.

Acceptable use

Do not use MCP Near Me to create fraudulent appointments, consume appointment capacity, probe tokens, disrupt the service, or submit information you are not authorized to provide.

Availability and liability

Service availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, MyK Works LLC is not responsible for the independent provider’s repair services or for indirect or consequential losses.
