MCP Near Me is operated by MyK Works LLC. This policy describes the information handled when you book and manage appointments with participating appliance-repair providers through the website, ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible client.

Information we process

Searches may include ZIP code, appliance type, and brand. A booking requires a mobile phone and service address and may include your name, appliance details, and problem description. After you verify the one-time code sent with a booking, MCP Near Me creates a customer profile keyed to the verified phone number. The profile can contain your name, verified phone, and multiple saved addresses, including the date each address was last used.

Accounts and connected platforms

MCP Near Me uses passwordless SMS verification. ChatGPT, Claude, and other clients receive separate OAuth connections, but each verified connection can refer to the same MCP Near Me customer profile. The platforms retain their own connection state; MCP Near Me does not share one platform’s token with another. Website sign-in uses a secure first-party cookie. Access tokens contain an internal customer identifier, not your phone or address.

How information is used

We use information to determine eligibility, reserve capacity, create and manage bookings, prefill future booking forms, deliver transactional and security messages, prevent abuse, maintain consent and audit records, and support the selected provider’s visit. We record operational events such as successful account connection, rate limiting, and delivery failures without putting phone numbers or addresses in analytics.

Sharing

Booking details are shared with the participating provider selected for the appointment and with service providers used for hosting, database operations, SMS, and email delivery, only as needed to provide the requested appointment and related communications. Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The selected appointment provider and vendors that operate the messaging service may process this information solely to deliver the requested transactional messages, provide support, protect the service, or meet legal obligations; they may not use it for their own marketing. We do not use booking details for third-party advertising.

SMS messages

If you separately select the optional, unchecked SMS consent box, you consent to transactional SMS about that appointment. SMS consent is not a condition of booking, and you can complete a booking without selecting the box. Message frequency varies with your booking activity and appointment schedule and may include a booking confirmation, requested reschedule or cancellation updates, one appointment reminder, and one-time verification codes for optional account access. Message and data rates may apply. A new booking text may contain the public booking reference, visit window, and a separate one-time code for saving your details. Reply NOTME followed by the booking reference if you did not request that active booking. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for support information. STOP, START, and other carrier-reserved keywords control SMS preferences only and do not cancel a booking. A verification code expires after ten minutes and can be used once. Marketing messages are not sent without separate consent.

Protection and retention

Profile contact data is encrypted at rest and searched using keyed, non-reversible indexes. OAuth and website sessions are stored as tokens or token hashes and can be revoked. Booking records remain historical snapshots and are retained according to the participating provider’s disclosed retention period and applicable requirements. Website sessions have a 30-day inactivity limit and a 180-day absolute limit; OAuth refresh access can last up to 180 days unless revoked.

You can manage saved addresses and sign out all connected devices at /account. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS and START to resume. To request access, correction, OAuth revocation, or account deletion, contact support@voicedispatcher.com. Some booking, consent, security, or dispute records may be retained where required.
